Job Title: Technician (Rubber Conveyor Belt Cold/Hot Vulcanizing)

Coordinate with the centralized mechanical maintenance activities to meet schedule deadlines. Oversee daily mechanical maintenance activities and assist the head of mechanical maintenance as needed.

1. Measure the length of all conveyor sizes, splice rubber conveyor belts at 45° for hot & cold joints, and perform belt tensioning. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
2. Handle all equipment related to conveyor belt joining works.
3. Maintain equipment in healthy and safe condition to prevent breakdowns, including routine maintenance and safety checks.
4. Properly utilize and maintain vulcanizing equipment and joining kits.
5. Maintain workplace housekeeping and safety; inspect and assess the functionality of production machines.
6. Prepare and submit documentation such as ISO, TPM, E-LOG BOOKS, etc.

• Strong knowledge of all kinds of power tools and measuring instruments.
• In-depth knowledge of conveyor belts & conveying systems.
• Mechanical knowledge, good communication skills, and teamwork.
• Basic computer skills and report writing.

• Desire to work with a dynamic team with a proactive approach.

Experience in all types of rubber conveyor belts, cold/hot vulcanizing.
