We’re looking for a Pastry Consultant to:
1) Develop and test 3 signature baked items (based on an already defined flavor direction---- to be discussed later)
2) Set the dough development process, fillings, baking texture and technical specs
3) Provide final recipe documentation or assist in training a staff chef to replicate consistently
Ideal Candidate:
1) Strong background in pastry or bakery, with previous consulting or R&D development experience
2) Familiarity with Asian bakery trends or ability to reverse engineer texture-driven products
3) Based in Dubai and available to work immediately
This is a freelance paid project.
