Job Description

  • Responsible for incoming material inspections against the approved submittals and record the conformity level during incoming inspections against the approved submittal.
  • Responsible for analysis & reporting of non conformity at site level.
  • Responsible for document data & record control at site level.
  • Responsible for verifying inspection requests and conducting pre and post-inspection along with engineers/ consultants and following up open comments of consultants for effective closure.
  • Responsible for holding the work in case of no approved drawings and mockup approvals.
  • Verification of incoming material against the approved submittal criteria to ensure conformity on inbound materials.
  • Check the project quality compliance prior to the consultant visit and ensure the pre-inspection checklist is adequately maintained and signed by supervisors/ engineers/ QA engineers.
  • Conduct regular inspections at site level along with the consultant and communicate the comments during coordination meetings on a weekly basis.
  • Coordinate with project engineers and clear non-conforming work executed and record the follow-up status.
  • Regular visits to site work area and verify the acceptance criteria and report compliance/non-compliances with photos and observations.
  • Daily reporting of site quality violations to QA Manager /GM, elevate customer complaints and open NCRs (pending for 7 days and more).

  • 1. Knowledgeable and familiar in performing Pre-Inspection for the Incoming Materials.
  • 2. Knowledgeable in analysing and reporting non-conformities at site level.
  • 3. Knowledgeable in Work Pre-Inspection and confirms that works are ready for consultant inspection.
  • 4. Ensures that works being carried out on site are as per the approved method statement.
  • 5. can perform site induction and training for all workers to ensure that workers are educated and familiar with the project requirements.
  • 6. Carry out actions to NCR that are being issued by the Consultant.
  • 7. Coordinate works at the site to ensure that the sequence of works is followed.
