A leading manufacturing firm in UAE is seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee production operations in the building materials industry. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience in the ReadyMix Concrete sector. Responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, managing QA & QC processes, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates must possess a valid UAE Driver's License and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities in a multicultural environment.

- Lead and develop production teams ensuring strong technical and leadership competencies.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and foster a strong safety culture.

- Monitor and manage inventory budgeting and forecasting.
- Oversee maintenance of company assets to minimize downtime.
