Job summary
An international company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a full-time role in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will oversee the construction process from planning to completion, ensuring projects are finished on time and within budget. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing subcontractors, and maintaining compliance with local building codes. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and at least 5 years of experience are required. Knowledge of Abu Dhabi regulations is preferred.

Construction Manager – Abu Dhabi
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a full-time role in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will oversee the construction process from the planning stage to completion, in order to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans and timetables by understanding project scope and objectives, determining resource requirements, organizing project staff, and monitoring progress.
• Manage the construction process and make sure all phases of construction are being carried out according to local building codes.
• Oversee subcontractors, material suppliers, and other vendors as needed.
• Monitor progress of projects on a daily basis and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop budgets for projects and monitor costs on an ongoing basis.
• Perform quality control inspections of workmanship before handing over projects to clients.
• Prepare reports for clients regarding progress of projects.
• Maintain records such as contracts, purchase orders, change orders, etc.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role with responsibility for managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations in the UAE is essential; experience working in Abu Dhabi is preferred but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail; ability to identify potential problems before they arise and develop solutions quickly.
Salary: 1100 AED/Month (Negotiable).
