Manage, supervise, plan, and monitor technology enterprise architecture practices at the Employers level in close collaboration with the digital strategy section and Employers' technology departments to implement the Employers' technology roadmap in line with Dubai Government vision and direction, Employers' business needs, and Dubai citizens and customer expectations.

1. Citizenship: UAE National
2. Experience: 3-5 years
3. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
4. Skills:
   • Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation.
   • Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring the ability to prioritize effectively and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
   • Innovative problem solver capable of generating workable solutions and resolving complaints.
   • Ability to initiate and lead strategy and enterprise architecture initiatives and roadmaps supporting strategic and operational goals.
   • Highly analytical thinker with talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
   • Knowledge of strategy practices such as Balanced Scorecard (BSC), PESTEL, SWOT, enterprise architecture standards like TOGAF, and Project/Portfolio management practices.
   • Minimum 7 years of experience as a senior enterprise architect or in a key role within an enterprise architecture function.
   • Goal-driven leader who maintains a productive environment and confidently motivates, mobilizes, and coaches employees to meet high performance standards.
   • Excellent enterprise architecture strategy and project governance skills to develop and oversee consultants and enterprise architects.
   • Exceptional listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
   • Resourceful team player skilled at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
   • Computer-literate performer with extensive proficiency across various software applications.

Attractive salary range: AED 40,000 - AED 55,000 per month depending on years of experience. Full Dubai Government benefits.
