Job summary
A consulting firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Power Platform architect to lead the development of enterprise-grade solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform components, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications in Power Platform are highly desirable.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Power Platform architect, developer, or team lead.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI/ML integrations.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture, security, and governance in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

- Lead and oversee the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions.
- Drive the adoption of Microsoft Copilot Studio within existing workflows.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

- Lead and oversee the design development and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Apps Power Automate Copilot Studio.
- Architect scalable secure and cost-efficient solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
- Drive the adoption and integration of Microsoft Copilot Studio within existing workflows to enhance productivity and intelligence.
- Build AI use cases and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements define solution architecture and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance mentorship and coaching to the development team.
- Stay current with the latest features updates and best practices in Microsoft Power Platform and AI integrations.
- Ensure compliance with governance security policies and data privacy standards.
- Establish and maintain standard development processes documentation and quality assurance procedures.
- Foster a culture of innovation continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
- Communicate project status risks and technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Power Platform architect developer or team lead.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps Power Automate Copilot Studio Power BI Power Virtual Agents).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI/ML integrations.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture security and governance in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Azure Solutions Architect or similar are highly desirable.
