Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in site execution and supervision
Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site coordination
Familiar with QA/QC procedures, safety standards, and project documentation
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project planning tools

Good communication and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations and civil work execution
Ensure work is done as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other site personnel
