Qualifications

Site Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications

Planning & Execution

• Plan construction activities and monitor progress
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors

Quality Control

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications
• Inspect materials, workmanship, and site works

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Ensure site safety rules and UAE regulations are followed
• Report and prevent unsafe practices

Material & Resource Management

• Calculate material quantities and prepare material requests
• Monitor usage of manpower, materials, and equipment

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with consultants, authorities, and clients
• Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports

Documentation

• Prepare daily reports, method statements, and inspection requests
• Maintain site records and as-built drawings

Compliance with Authorities

• Ensure works comply with municipality requirements
