Job summary
A leading project management firm is looking for an experienced professional to oversee the management of design and construction activities in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a degree in Engineering, along with extensive project management experience (20+ years) in large-scale projects. Key responsibilities include effective client communication, risk management, and ensuring compliance with project requirements. The candidate should possess strong management skills and be proficient in MS Office and Primavera.
Qualifications
- 20+ years of experience in managing Multi-Million Dollar projects.
- Experience in successfully negotiating commercial contracts.
- Ability to think ahead and identify new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and construction activities within budget and schedule.
- Manage technical and financial operations effectively.
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress.
- Monitor performance to ensure successful delivery of KPIs.
