Job summary
A leading automotive service company located in Dubai is seeking a skilled Vehicle Preparation Supervisor to oversee daily vehicle preparation tasks and lead a team of technicians. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in automotive roles, along with strong attention to detail and team management skills. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from 6,000 to 8,000 AED, medical insurance, and 30 days of paid annual leave. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity, and candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the UAE.

- 3+ years of experience in vehicle preparation, detailing, or related automotive roles.
- Proven ability to manage and supervise a team in a hands-on environment.
- Familiarity with automotive tinting, polishing, and detailing techniques.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily vehicle preparation tasks including tinting, washing, polishing, and interior detailing.
- Ensure all vehicles meet delivery standards and customer expectations.
- Inspect finished vehicles for cleanliness and quality control before handover.
- Lead and manage a team of cleaners and technicians with clear direction.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and cleanliness procedures.
- Monitor usage and inventory of cleaning materials and tinting supplies.
- Coordinate minor issue resolutions to avoid delivery delays.
- Identify and implement improvements in preparation workflow.
- 3+ years of experience in vehicle preparation, detailing, or related automotive roles.
- Proven ability to manage and supervise a team in a hands‑on environment.
- Familiarity with automotive tinting, polishing, and detailing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to vehicle presentation quality.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
