Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily vehicle preparation tasks including tinting, washing, polishing, and interior detailing.
• Ensure all vehicles meet delivery standards and customer expectations.
• Inspect finished vehicles for cleanliness and quality control before handover.
• Maintain accurate records of preparation timelines and completion.

Team Oversight & Communication

• Lead and manage a team of cleaners and technicians with clear direction.
• Schedule workloads and allocate tasks to optimize productivity.
• Report regularly to management on status, issues, or delays.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on high performance.

Operational Standards & Safety

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and cleanliness procedures.
• Monitor usage and inventory of cleaning materials and tinting supplies.
• Coordinate minor issue resolutions to avoid delivery delays.
• Identify and implement improvements in preparation workflow.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in vehicle preparation, detailing, or related automotive roles.
• Proven ability to manage and supervise a team in a hands‑on environment.
• Familiarity with automotive tinting, polishing, and detailing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to vehicle presentation quality.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
