Job summary
A leading financial services firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensuring strong governance and compliance. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of finance experience, particularly in financial services, and will support the CFO across budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder management. This role offers a pivotal opportunity in a growing organization with international partnerships.
Qualifications
- 6+ years’ finance experience, ideally within financial services or investment management.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS), with regulatory exposure—DFSA experience preferred.
- Proven treasury experience and familiarity with regulatory filings.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Lead the annual budgeting cycle, coordinating with senior management.
- Manage treasury operations and banking relationships.
