Euro Mechanical is looking for a Head of Corporate Finance to lead our financial strategy, M&A, investments, and treasury operations. This senior leadership role is based at our Head Office in Abu Dhabi, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, managing M&A and investment portfolios, driving automation and efficiency across finance functions, and maintaining strong relationships with banks and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate finance strategy in alignment with company growth and M&A initiatives.
