On Load Tap Changer (OLTC) Service Technician (m / f / d)

What challenges can you expect?

• You will perform repairs and maintenance work in regard to the designated product spectrum both on-site and in-house
• Thereby, you are responsible for the preplanning of service jobs to be carried out (verification of service material, obtaining scope of work and all information necessary to carry out the job)
• Creating technical service reports and forwarding them to the technical manager will be within your responsibility
• Likewise, you will consult customers and carry out training at the respective location
• You will assess and resolve problems in in regard to OLTC units and assembly groups depending on personal qualifications

What do we expect from you?

• You are a skilled worker in the field of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• You have experience within the maintenance of OLTCs
• You enjoy practical and challenging hands-on tasks in the electrical / mechanical field
• Ideally, you have basic knowledge about power transformers
• Furthermore, you are flexible and willing to travel across Middle East
• In addition, you have general knowledge about local energy grid design
• You are business fluent in English, additional foreign languages are a plus
