We have an urgent requirement for ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT – Banking experience and extensive experience in Tier-1 international banks in Europe, US, or Singapore for a bank in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture roles within banking is MANDATORY.
• Strong expertise in architecture design, cloud technologies, microservices, API management, and data architecture is MANDATORY.
• Open Group TOGAF9 Certification is preferred.
• 10-15 years of experience in the banking industry in the technology division is MANDATORY.
• Experience in Tier-1 international banks in Europe, US, or Singapore is 100% MANDATORY to apply.

The first round is a 1-hour online test on Gorilla, which is mandatory. Please only apply if you can commit to taking this test.

Responsibilities include:

• Addressing the challenges faced by banks due to disruptive technologies and innovations.
• Envisioning and evolving enterprise architecture to support business strategies and processes.
• Recommending long-term strategic and operational plans aligning with business objectives.
• Understanding business challenges and streamlining processes to improve service delivery.
• Providing leadership and direction to IT departments.
• Studying technology adoption and maturity.
• Managing application portfolios and assessing overlaps.
• Managing IT risk in line with enterprise risk management.
• Scenario planning for emerging technologies.
• Defining standards and policies for technology processes and products.
• Sharing best practices and updating architecture based on new technologies and vendor solutions.
• Analyzing complex problems, anticipating issues, and assessing risks.
• Ensuring architectural documentation, prototyping, and scalability testing.
