Construction Foreman Site Supervisor
Job summary
A reputable construction firm is seeking an experienced Technical Foreman to oversee operations at work sites in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage team activities, coordinate construction projects, and ensure compliance with budget and timelines. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the UAE or GCC, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of construction procedures and equipment. A valid UAE driving license is required. Competitive salary plus accommodation and benefits offered.

We are looking for a competent & experienced Technical Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at work sites. As a Construction Foreman, your main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate projects at worksite to ensure the completion of projects in an appropriate & efficient manner.
- Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans
- Making & maintaining a team of Masons, Carpenters, Painters, Helpers and Other Site Workers
- Allocating general and daily responsibilities and resolve problems when they arise
- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment’s, cost estimates & evaluations
- Ability to read & execute drawings, plans and blueprints
- Site supervision & fit out execution
- Liaise with clients, contractors and site team to achieve productive outcomes for the project
- Proven experience as construction foreman across technical services/general maintenance works
- Minimum 3 years of UAE/GCC experience
- Excellent knowledge of industry, construction operations, techniques, equipment’s, tools & materials
- Good time-management skills and Ability to multi-task
- Having a valid UAE driving license and familiarity with roads and routes of UAE
- Engineer or diploma in Civil/Skilled trade.
Full-time, Permanent
Up to AED 5000/- per month plus Accommodation, Transportation, Visa & Insurance
Excellent communication skill in Malayalam/Urdu/Hindi, English & Arabic will be advantage
