Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman - General with bridge construction expertise to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our construction management team you will oversee bridge construction projects ensuring they are completed safely efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction crews on bridge projects coordinating daily activities and assignments
• Interpret and implement blueprints technical drawings and project specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations OSHA standards and company policies
• Coordinate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project timelines
• Monitor and control project budgets materials and equipment usage
• Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
• Train and mentor junior team members promoting a culture of safety and excellence
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports and time sheets
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
• Adapt to the unique challenges of construction projects in the Dubai environment

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in bridge construction with a proven track record of successful project completion
• Extensive knowledge of bridge construction techniques structural engineering principles and construction materials
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints technical drawings and project specifications
• Strong project management skills including budgeting scheduling and resource allocation
• Excellent leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating construction crews
• In-depth understanding of safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Proficient in operating and overseeing the use of various construction equipment

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
