Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Dubai is looking for a senior operations manager in construction to lead technical operations across various engineering disciplines. Candidates should have at least 10-12 years of experience, including 4-6 years in a senior role, and possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential, along with a strong understanding of contract procedures and management in a construction environment. This position offers a dynamic and challenging work atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in construction, with 4-6 years in a senior authority role.
• Proficient in English and familiar with Arabic.
• Understanding of pre/post contract procedures including knowledge of FIDIC.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations in the Construction Department managing technical operations.
• Support all disciplines within construction engineering.
• Manage construction workshop activities, including fabrication and carpentry.
