Job summary
A leading energy company is seeking a qualified Distribution Transformer Application Engineer in Dubai. The role involves leading Application Engineering and Business Development, organizing customer training, and engaging with technical teams. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, at least 5 years of technical experience, and proficiency in English. Familiarity with transformer design and sales processes is highly valued. The position requires a willingness to travel approximately 35%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical roles like transformer design.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic or French is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional Application Engineering & Business Development activities.
- Organize and conduct Customer Technical Trainings (CTT’s).
- Develop and implement KPIs for the Transformer portfolio.
- Engage factory and tender engineering teams.
- Provide customer feedback and strategic marketing inputs.
