Job summary
A healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking a skilled technician to manage A/C systems and perform maintenance tasks. Candidates should have a degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and at least three years of relevant experience. Effective communication in English is essential, while knowledge of Arabic is a plus. This full-time position involves routine maintenance, problem solving, and collaboration with the engineering manager for necessary resources and systems planning.
Qualifications
- At least three years experience in the same field.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Arabic is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Clean the filters regularly and as required.
- Carry out routine / breakdown maintenance.
- Involve in long term planning for system improvement.
- Check the belts of the AHUs.
- Service split A/Cs and AHUs.
- Take stock and inform manager for necessary materials.
- Convey day to day problems to the engineering manager.
- Perform preventive maintenance on all A/C equipment.

To do servicing of split A/Cs and AHUs

To perform any related job / work when assigned by the superior.
