Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking a Maintenance Technician specialized in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. The role involves routine maintenance, servicing A/C units, and preventive maintenance tasks. Candidates must have at least three years of experience in a similar field and be fluent in English, while knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. The position is full-time and based at NMC Specialty Hospital, Dubai.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years experience in the same field.
• Arabic language is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and breakdown maintenance.
• Involve in long term planning for system improvement.
• Servicing of split A/Cs and AHUs.
• Take stock of items and inform the engineering manager.
• Convey day-to-day problems to the engineering manager.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all A/C equipment.

Skills

Fluent in spoken and written English

Knowledge of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

Education

Graduate of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent

To clean the filters regularly and as required.

To carry out routine / breakdown maintenance.

To actively involve in evolving long term planning for improvement in the system.

Change the filters yearly.

Check the belts of the AHUs

To do servicing of split A/Cs and AHUs

To take stock of the items and inform the engineering manager to arrange for necessary material(s).

To convey day to day problems/issues to the engineering manager

To carry out necessary preventive maintenance on all A/C equipments.

To perform any related job / work when assigned by the superior.
