Your responsibilities include:
- Processing payments for all projects as agreed.
- Issuing purchase orders for reimbursements and contract fees.
- Processing budget setups in Oracle with the accounting team.
- Conducting payment forecasts for all projects.
- Sourcing supplier data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of project and construction purchasing experience.
- Knowledge of project scheduling, purchasing, shipping, Incoterms, and related processes.
- Good team player with integrity, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
- Strong writing, documentation, coordination, and analytical skills.
