- Audit the daily night audit for accuracy and completeness.
- Distribute work to appropriate accounting staff.
- Spread all miscellaneous waiting accounts and process in the computer.
- Prepare daily sales reports and weekly sales reports for the Controller.
- Maintain filing systems for daily information such as registration cards, credit cards, restaurant charges, promotional tickets, coupons, zero/cash folios, etc.
- Control restaurant guest checks and issue outlet guest cheques upon request.
- Track all banquet tickets and maintain an inventory of guest checks.
- Prepare period end closing reports and reconcile garage and miscellaneous revenues.
- Complete forecast accuracy reports for rooms, guests, and food & beverage outlets.
- Assist in month-end storeroom physical inventory.
- Generate reports to support management decision-making and evaluate work activities.
- Prepare all relevant period closing reports and entries.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
- Experience with ISCALA and Opera Property Management System is advantageous.
