We are looking for a Support Manager responsible for providing technical assistance and customer service to our clients in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a background in Indian, African, and/or Middle Eastern culture and possess excellent customer service skills. Fluency in English is not required. The successful candidate will also receive visa sponsorship.
The Support Manager will be responsible for responding to inquiries from customers and providing solutions to technical problems. Other duties include troubleshooting software and hardware problems, diagnosing system errors, researching solutions online, and monitoring system performance. The Support Manager must be able to communicate effectively with customers and provide clear instructions for resolving issues.
The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. A positive attitude towards customers is essential in this role.
