Job summary
A leading marine manufacturing company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Boat Fabricator and Foreman. This role involves leading a team to manage the fabrication and assembly of yachts, requiring extensive knowledge of marine composite materials and fabrication techniques. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards in the production process.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in fiberglass/composite boat manufacturing.
- 3–5 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Proficient with fabrication techniques like vacuum bagging and resin infusion.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of boat fabricators and technicians.
- Oversee fabrication processes of yacht components.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
