A leading beauty brand in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager, HR Systems & Analytics. This role focuses on payroll processing, managing HR systems, and delivering insightful HR analytics. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of HR experience and strong knowledge of UAE labor laws. Responsibilities include executing payroll in Microsoft Dynamics, maintaining HR dashboards, and collaborating with external auditors. Summary: The Assistant Manager, HR Systems & Analytics is a hands‑on role responsible for executing payroll, managing HR systems, delivering HR analytics, and supporting workforce planning with a strong focus on data integrity and UAE compliance. This role executes accurate end‑to‑end payroll processing through Microsoft Dynamics and manages the day‑to‑day operation and improvement of HR platforms, including Pigment for workforce planning, BambooHR, Entomo, and any future systems.
This individual brings strong analytical capability, deep systems knowledge, and a proactive, future‑focused mindset, ensuring best practices, high‑quality data, and seamless HR operations across the People & Culture function.
