Job summary

A leading technology firm in Dubai is seeking a Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll processes while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. The role includes maintaining employee data in the ERP system, managing employee insurance, and generating HR reports. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or HR and 3-5 years of payroll experience in the UAE. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel is required, along with strong analytical and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and payroll compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee data in the ERP/HRMS system.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports such as attendance and leave.
