Job Title: Finance Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (Commerce), Chartered Financial Analyst (Finance), Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work experience preferred in Fintech or banking industries with consolidations experience.
2. Prepare accurate financial statements according to IFRS.
3. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
4. Ensure compliance with local tax laws (UAE or Egypt).
5. Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general accounting functions.
6. Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies.
7. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Fluent in English and Arabic; knowledge of French is a plus.
