Qualifications
A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in an accounting role.
Solid understanding of core accounting principles including AR, AP, accruals, and reconciliations.
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Responsabilités
Oversee the complete AR cycle including creating customer invoices.
Manage the end-to-end AP process by accurately recording vendor bills.
Perform daily reconciliation of all bank accounts and cash collections.
Post and manage employee expenses and utilities in the general ledger.
Assist in tracking and recording inventory-related transactions.
Assist with month-end closing procedures and preparation of financial reports.
