Responsibilities

• Drive and operate company van for product deliveries to scheduled locations
• Engage with customers to build lasting relationships and bolster sales
• Maintain an accurate record of customer transactions and sales activities
• Ensure the timely refilling and stock checks of products on the van
• Implement sales promotions, special deals, and product demonstrations to the customers
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives as set by the management team
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and inquiries promptly
• Organize and manage inventory to ensure efficient operation and minimal discrepancies
• Report any vehicle malfunctions or issues to the fleet manager for timely maintenance
• Handle payments, process cash transactions, and reconcile daily sales receipts accurately
• Provide feedback on customer satisfaction, competitors, and market dynamics to the team
• Keep the delivery van clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times

Requirements

• Valid driver3s license suitable for van driving within the required region
