Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Shop Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a proven ability to lead teams and exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations including staff supervision, inventory control, customer service and sales performance.
  • Lead, train and motivate a team to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Ensure the shop maintains high standards in visual merchandising and cleanliness.
  • Monitor and analyse sales figures, stock levels and customer feedback to improve overall performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Prepare reports on store performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.

  • Experience in using POS systems and basic office software (Excel, Word).
