Apt Resources is hiring a Senior Sales Manager Leisure for our client a luxury hotel in Dubai. This role is perfect for a driven hospitality sales professional with strong ties to the leisure travel industry and a solid understanding of the international and GCC tourism markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with DMCs travel agencies tour operators and bed banks
• Develop and execute leisure segment sales strategies and action plans
• Manage contracts oversee familiarization trips and represent the hotel at trade shows
• Analyze market trends and deliver competitive insights and reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a 5star hotel focusing on leisure
• Strong network within key source markets such as Europe Russia/CIS and China
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business or Marketing
• Proficient in Opera PMS and familiar with hotel distribution channels
• Fluent in English (Russian is a plus); strong negotiation and presentation skills
