The Role

As a Senior Property Sales Agent you will:

  • Drive sales across secondary and commercial property markets.

  • Use your existing personal brand and client relationships to generate and close high-value transactions.

  • Collaborate with a full in-house content team (videographers editors designers Head of Content) to amplify your reach through video reels and podcast features.

  • Play a key role in building a high-performance values-driven culture based on discipline creativity and ambition.

  • Progress into leadership and team management mentoring the next wave of agents.

Ideal Candidate
  • Proven record of achieving 1M AED annual GCF (gross commission flow).

  • Strong personal brand/social media presence already positioned as a trusted industry voice.

  • British European or US background (Dubai real estate experience preferred).

  • Entrepreneurial ambitious and committed to continuous personal and professional growth.

  • A team player aligned with values of discipline focus and shared big goals.
