We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and manage the field sales team within the HORECA (Hotels Restaurants Cafs) channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sales and distribution strategies across a set of agency partners ensuring business profitability and strong market presence

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Distribution:
    Drive the achievement of sales and distribution targets in line with HORECA channel strategies and overall brand objectives.
  • Profitability Management:
    Ensure business profitability through effective negotiations strategic account management and A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget control to maximize return on investment.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead mentor and motivate a high-performing frontline sales team through on-field coaching and regular performance feedback.
  • Customer & Channel Execution:
    Ensure the implementation of channel and customer-specific plans and agreements for seamless execution.
  • Account Management:
    Conduct periodic business reviews with key HORECA accounts and maintain long-term commercial relationships.
  • Forecasting & Stock Management:
    Oversee monthly sales forecasting and stock planning to ensure optimal inventory levels and stock rotation.
  • Collections & Reconciliation:
    Ensure timely payment collections from clients manage account reconciliations and support recovery processes with principals.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Conduct regular market visits to gather intelligence track competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
