Role Overview

As a Property Consultant at fäm Properties, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in Dubai.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice
  • Match clients with suitable properties and organize property viewings
  • Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients
  • Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all required documentation
  • Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales or customer‑facing roles (real estate experience is a plus, but not required)
  • UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
  • Professional appearance and client‑focused attitude
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Strong interest in building a career in Dubai’s real estate market
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Confident, proactive, and driven by performance and targets
