About Wynn Al Marjan Island

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offers 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa, and is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About the Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager to join the resort’s Inventory Control Team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for staff scheduling, MMS training, daily operations, inventory accuracy, physical counts, GL posting and closing of financial books over accounts of responsibility.
• Analyses data as required and maintains MMS system accuracy. Create item numbers, research discrepancies and post results.
• Staffing schedules and training as required.
• Receive, process and check merchandise verifying the correctness of the shipment against the purchase order and delivery notice/invoice.
• Resolve PO discrepancies with Purchasing.
• Prepare forms and maintain records dealing with discrepancies and damaged merchandise.
• Prepare shipments for return to vendors, prepares deliveries to department recipients.
• Accept any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Operations Controller.
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times on all matters.
• Interact with Department and Company Team Members, management, and contractors professionally and positively.
• Adhere to the Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct.
• Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per Department and Company standards at all times.
• Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards.
• Participate in the Company recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce, re-use and recycle wherever possible.

About You

• Secondary school diploma or above. Diploma in materials management or procurement an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years’ Inventory Manager experience required.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; Arabic is a plus.
• Intermediate MS Office, MMS Experienced.
• Strong attention to detail and well-organised.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment.
