Job summary

A leading sustainability organization based in Sharjah is seeking a Manager – Education to oversee educational activities aligned with corporate strategies. The ideal candidate will lead programs, establish collaborations, and engage stakeholders across various sectors to foster environmental awareness. A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Environmental best practices or a relevant field.
• Experience in delivering and presenting workshops and training programs.
• Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop all the Education programs and activities to align with corporate strategies and goals.
• Prepare an effective Education program with different external entities encompassing environment, community, and marketplace issues.
• Establish positive and collaborative relationships with key institutions both private and governmental.
• Manage relationships with schools, universities, and corporates.
• Create engaging learning resources and supporting materials for all Education programs and events.
• Evaluate ongoing programs periodically to keep them up to date.
• Monitor and track all data records of the conducted education sessions to formulate insights on potential improvements.
• Create an internal program to engage internal stakeholders (Internal Awareness Program).
• Conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
• Participate in environmental events to ensure that the education programs are well represented and promoted.

Job Description:
