Land Surveyor - El-Ain

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in El-Ain. Our ideal candidate has a high level of technical expertise, great communication skills and experience working in the Land Surveying field. The successful applicant will be responsible for completing land surveys for our clients, ensuring accuracy of results and making sure that all safety standards are met.

Job Description:
The Land Surveyor will conduct surveys of land using the latest technology to gather accurate data and measurements from the property. They will analyze existing boundary lines and create maps based on their findings. The surveyor will be responsible for operating a variety of instruments including Total Stations, GNSS Receivers, Digital Levels, robotic total stations etc. In addition, they will monitor any changes in land boundaries or features that may occur over time. They must also be able to interpret legal documents like deeds and contracts related to the survey process.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Geomatics or related field
• At least 5 years' experience as a professional Land Surveyor
• Excellent knowledge of surveying principles and methods
• Experience using Total Stations, GNSS Receivers, Digital Levels etc.
• Ability to read legal documents (deeds/contracts)
• Knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
