BIM Layout Engineer

Data Management and Exchange

• Ensure the models contain accurate and up-to-date information and facilitate the exchange of data with engineers, architects and other project stakeholders.
• Adding COBie parameters to 3D model in Revit/BIM as per industry standard.

Compliance and Accuracy

• Verify that the models adhere to project specifications, regulations and Schindler's standards.

Clash Detection and Resolution

• Utilize the models to identify potential clashes or conflicts between different building components and work with relevant parties to resolve them.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with various teams including design engineering and construction to ensure seamless integration of Schindler's products into building projects.

Project Support

• Provide BIM‑related support throughout the project lifecycle from design and planning to construction and maintenance.

Mobility needs you

• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows.
