We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Hygiene & Quality Officer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our organization's food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor food safety and quality management systems
  • Conduct regular hygiene and quality audits across all operational areas
  • Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports on hygiene and quality performance
  • Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations and standards
  • Train staff on proper hygiene practices and quality control procedures
  • Investigate and resolve food safety and quality-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in food safety and quality management
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or a related field
  • HACCP Certification and Food Safety Management System (FSMS) Certification
  • Proficiency in food safety management systems, particularly HACCP
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and hygiene standards
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
