Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of global HR policies, procedures, and best practices across international offices.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for global hires in coordination with regional HR teams.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy within global HRIS platforms.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws, visa requirements, and employment regulations in all operating regions.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on participation.
  • Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
  • Collaborate with payroll, finance, and benefits teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Assist with global employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards to track key people metrics and support decision-making.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and elevate complex matters appropriately.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of HR experience, including at least 1–2 years supporting international or global HR operations.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD Level 5) is an advantage.
