Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Manager for a prominent private household based in Abu Dhabi. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic individual to oversee the operations of a fully staffed high-end residence catering to a large family.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a House Manager ideally with a strong butler background
  • Experience managing and motivating a large team within a fully staffed private residence
  • Exceptional training and mentoring skills; the ability to lead by example and implement structured training programs is essential
  • Strong background in event coordination and logistics
  • High attention to detail with the ability to uphold the highest standards in household management
  • Culturally sensitive professional and adaptable
  • Confident managing the needs of a large family (10 members)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and all staff within the household
  • Implement and maintain high service standards across all departments
  • Conduct regular training sessions to upskill staff and ensure consistency in performance
  • Coordinate and manage in-house events and functions to a luxury standard
  • Manage household logistics, schedules, and guest services
  • Act as the main point of contact between the family and household staff
  • Maintain discretion, professionalism, and a calm demeanor under pressure
