An engineering firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking recent graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Ideal candidates will possess foundational knowledge of structural analysis software and strong analytical and communication skills. This role is open to graduates from the Classes of 2024 and 2025, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0. The firm offers a full-time permanent position in a collaborative environment.

Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a well‑reputed university.
Open to recent graduates from the Classes of 2024 and 2025 with a minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0.
Should have foundational knowledge of structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, or Revit.
Must be familiar with relevant design codes and standards (ACI, AISC, ASCE, etc.).
Must possess strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Should be able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Must have strong communication skills in English—both written and verbal.
Should demonstrate leadership potential through internships, academic projects, or extracurricular activities.
Must maintain a strong academic record.
Should be capable of working effectively with team members at all organizational levels.
Must have excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving abilities.
