Job Responsibilities
  1. Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience for all events.
  2. Anticipate and service guests' requirements before requests are made.
  3. Be familiar with the beverage service including stemware used and appropriate garnishes.
  4. Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and ensure all tables are set according to standard.
  5. Utilize the hotel's computer system to ring up sales, print checks, close checks, and complete closing readings.
  6. Carry trays, bus, and reset tables with linen, china, glass, and silver.
  7. Ascertain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problems that may arise, informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved.
Candidate Profile
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience working in a multicultural / 5-star hotel environment.
  2. Experience in the food and beverage or event field.
  3. Speed and accuracy (able to manage last minute activities).
  4. Ability to handle luxury guest volumes on a daily basis.
  5. Must be able to work under pressure in a customer service environment.
  6. Must be flexible and able to work long hours.
