Job summary

A UAE-based IT solutions company is seeking candidates for a role focused on outbound customer calls and processing FATCA/CRS forms. The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or higher, have at least 6 months of work experience, and familiarity with AML/KYC/Compliance is preferred. Technical skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are a must. This role involves collecting and accurately recording customer information and coordinating with teams to support project deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher in Management, Banking, or Finance.
• Minimum of 6 months of work experience, preferably in AML/KYC/Compliance.
• Familiarity with FATCA/CRS requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to customers for FATCA/CRS forms.
• Collect and capture FATCA/CRS forms in the bank system.
• Maintain accurate records of calls performed.
• Follow up with customers on form submissions.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for FATCA/CRS activities.
• Assist Team Leader with projects to meet deadlines.
