Overview

Zenon Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a prestigious and long-standing airline in the Middle East, as we assist in the search for an experienced Crew Control Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities
  • Protect On-Time Performance by implementing enhanced strategies
  • Review and calibrate the published crew pairings and crew rosters to improve crew productivity targets vs. published crew rosters
  • Lead the preparation and execution during Audit activities
  • Review and monitor the crew standby capacity
  • Partner with other entities to improve the cross departmental work relationships
  • Lead compliance to regulations, policies and procedures
  • Undertake review and amendments to Manuals, e.g. OPM, OM-A relevant chapters
  • Perform audit of the crew management system rules settings & application and report contents
  • Report on delays & issues, and document corrective measures accountable to the department
  • Prepare and implement succession plan for staff
  • Participate in productivity tools and strategy related trainings
  • Conduct coaching and problem handling assessment for the team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrable experience within Rostering & Scheduling, Operations or Resource Planning departments within an airline environment.
  • Previous experience using AIMS software
