Job description

• Supervising experience in Fit-Out interior works
• Knowledge of drawings and implementation to site.
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
• Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
• Handling site accidents by established accident protocol.
• Maintaining an accurate record of employee attendance.
• Evaluating the performance of employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
• Analysing blueprints to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Ensure the timely availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
• Manage material deliveries, stock, and proper handling on-site
• Must have a working knowledge of MEP, Civil, Architectural and Interior.
• Recommending changes to operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
• Report project progress, challenges, and technical issues to project management team and other relevant parties.
