The role offers a competitive salary ranging from AED 25,000 to AED 30,000 monthly, along with additional benefits.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in asset, real estate operations, or investment roles within major developments.
  • GCC high-rise experience preferred.
  • Portfolio-level financial analysis experience.
  • Professional credentials (RICS, CPM, CFA, MBA) desirable.

Overview

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead asset performance and value maximization for commercial and residential high-rise assets from handover through operations. You will manage asset strategy, financial performance, risk and compliance, vendor performance, and stakeholder relationships while driving operational efficiency and investor-aligned outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement multi-year asset strategies, performance benchmarks, and capital improvement programs.
  • Oversee transition from construction to operations, including commissioning, snagging, warranties, and handover documentation.
  • Lead leasing strategies and occupancy optimization with brokers and internal teams.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor OPEX and CAPEX budgets and long-term forecasts.
  • Implement sustainability, ESG, and lifecycle cost-optimization initiatives.
  • Manage service providers, facility management contracts, and vendor performance.
  • Coordinate insurance programs, claim resolution, and enterprise risk.
  • Prepare valuation support, lender reporting, audit documentation, and executive dashboards.
Experience & Qualifications
