Type - Accounts Receivables Accountant

Job location - Sharjah

Salary - 7000-8000 AED

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
• Monitor accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and discrepancies
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and resolve billing issues
• Reconcile customer accounts and post payments in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Prepare aging reports and assist with month-end AR reporting
• Perform daily sales and collection reconciliations
• Escalate exceptions as per defined escalation matrix
• Support audit readiness and ensure compliance with internal controls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of AR experience, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or large group environments
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong communication and coordination skills across departments
